Brief Description

Working principle:
The machine is mainly compose of a frame,reducer, feed hopper, two sets of cutter components,two sets of feed rollers,two sets of press rollers,juice hopper,slag outlet and other components.
Turn on the power and pour the materials into the hopper;feeding roller auxiliary feeding,two sets of blades to slice fruit,and then the feeling roller feeds the fruit into the 1Press between press rolls(Squeezing roll can be adjusted up and down by the gap adjustment device,so as to control the amount of fruit juice).The juice and part of the pulp are discharged from the juice hopper ,and the skin and reside are discharged form the slag outlet ,so as to achieve the purpose of squeezing juice.
Except for the transmission parts,the whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel and the blade is 440C.
